Oke-Ogun Monarch Lauds Governor Makinde on LAUTECH; Tasks other Obas on Unity

The Ajoriwin of Irawo in Atisbo local government area of Oyo State, His Highness Oba Musliudeen Ademola Olalere Asaju 1, has applauded the ingenuity of Governor Seyi Makinde geared towards fulfilling his campaign promises as National Universities Commission (NUC) ceded Ladoke Akintola University of Technology to Oyo State.

The Oke-Ogun monarch, while featuring on a live programme of Oke Ogun Radio Alaga tagged Oro Eto Abo, described the governor as a unique person and man of impeccable character.

Ajoriwin noted that monarchs across the state know their rights and responsibilities but financial incapability has hindered them of performing optimally from being ineffective. He commended Amotekun security outfit and other security agencies particularly thre Nigerian Police Irawo Division for addressing crisis that may snowball into chaos in the land.

Oba Musliudeen disclosed that individual interest brought about the disunity among Obas in Oke Ogun thereby causing setback for socio economic development of the region.

He therefore charged traditional rulers in the area to put aside personal interest and speak in unison for the growth and development of Oke Ogun area.
