Afenifere spokesman, Yinka Odumakin dies of Covid-19 complications

The spokesman of Afenifere, a socio-cultural organisation of the Yoruba people of Nigeria, Mr. Yinka Odumakin, has said to have died of COVID-19 complications.

Pacesetter news learnt that the Afenifere publicist died of complications resulting from contracting the dreaded Covid-19 virus.

Investigations revealed that the rights activist has been on ventilator at a treatment centre in Lagos.

He has underlining conditions such diabetes and lung-related issues while it was revealed that he had a lung surgery before he was put on ventilator.
