YPP Guber Candidate, Aduragbemi Dumps Party for PDP, Describes Makinde As Working Governor

The governorship candidate of the Young Progressive Congress (YPP) in the 2023 general election, Aduragbemi Animasawun-Euba has officially joined the ruling party, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in Oyo State.

Aduragbemi decamped to the PDP on Friday evening at her ward in Badeku Village, Ward 3, Ona Ara Local Government Area, Ibadan. According to her, she’s a fan of good governance, and since the incumbent governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde is working tirelessly to bring development and good governance to the good people of the State, she has decided to join him for sustainable development.

“I joined politics because I want to be involved in political affairs, and for the betterment of people in my locality and the state in general, that led to my decision for contesting for the governorship seat at the 2023 election under the YPP party, which I lost to Gov. Seyi Makinde. Fine! The election has come and gone, and the people and our state remain, to further prove my love for my constituents, followers, and our dear state, I have decided to join Governor Seyi Makinde in PDP, which I believe in his capacity and leadership qualities. The people of Oyo State have spoken and we can see some of the good works he’s doing in the state”, she said.
