The Oyo State Government, through the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Olanike Adeyemo FAS FTWAS has urged State Transport Management Authority (OYTMA) to partner other relevant agencies for efficient service delivery.
She made this known while hosting the Management Staff of Oyo State Transport Management Authority (OYTMA) at the conference room of the SSG, Secretariat, Ibadan.
She urged the agency to speed up their game and show case what they are doing to back up their claims to get more support from the State Government.
The Secretary to the State Government described the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde as a cerebral person who believes in data, logic to back up claims and systemic changes.
Responding, the General Manager of the Agency, Mr. Adeoye Ayoade Kola commended the State Government for the on-going Junction improvement project and dualisation of roads across the State, hinting that, it makes their job easier.
Adeoye maintained further that the major business of the Agency is to ensure safety and orderliness on the road.
