NOA DG on a flying visit to Oyo, vows to deliver agency’s mandate

The Director General of the National Orientation Agency, Alhaji Issa -Onilu who was in Ibadan, Oyo state capital on Thursday assured Nigerians he has clear ideas of how to deliver on the mandate of the Agency.

He also noted the staffers of the Agency has enormous expertise needed for the task at hand.

The DG who had a brief stop over in Ibadan Airport enroute to kwara state was warmly welcomed by the State Director Dr Olukemi Afolayan and the Deputy Director Special Duties Prince Sola Sanda.

It will be recalled that Alhaji Issa Onilu was recently appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the 19th October as DG NOA. In a release made available to the press in Ibadan by the media unit of the Agency in Oyo State , Dr. Afolayan commended the DG for hitting the ground running in the task of repositioning the agency for optimum performance. This she said have re-energized the staffers. Afolayan also said she is highly inspired by the encouraging words of the DG and his reassurance that various challenges confronting the agency are being looked into and will soon be tided over.

Oyo Sate Director and the Deputy Director Special Duties accompanied the Director General to the tail end of Iwo Road axis as he embarked on his journey to Ilorin, kwara state, the entire State Directorate staff wished him a safe journey.
