Oyo South Senator, Alli Consoles Okere of Saki Over Wife’s Death

Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has expressed heartfelt condolences to the Okere of Saki, Oba Khalid Olabisi, over the passing of his beloved wife, Olori Waliyat Olabisi.

 

This is contained in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas and made available to newsmen on Thursday in Ibadan.

 

Senator Alli described the demise of Olori Waliyat as a painful loss, not only to the royal family but also to the entire Saki community.

 

He noted that Olori Waliyat was a pillar of support and a beacon of hope who contributed immensely to the peace and progress of the community.

 

“I am deeply saddened by the news of the passing of Olori Waliyat Olabisi. Her demise is indeed a great loss to the royal household and the people of Saki,” he said.

 

Senator Alli described her as a compassionate and graceful mother who worked tirelessly for the welfare of others, adding her legacy of humility and service would forever be remembered.

 

He prayed for strength and comfort for Oba Khalid Olabisi, the royal family and the entire Saki Kingdom during this challenging time.

 

Senator Alli also prayed for the repose of Olori Waliyat’s soul, asking the Almighty to grant her eternal rest.

 

“All of us in Oyo South stand with you, Kabiyesi, in this moment of grief. May God console you and the entire family, and may Olori’s gentle soul rest in perfect peace,” Alli added.
