APC chieftain and Oyo Central Senatorial hopeful, Alhaji Wasiu Ademola Alli (AWA), has congratulated Hon. Bimbo Kolade, Commissioner at the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission, on his birthday celebration.
