Chief Adebayo Adelabu, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the 2019 governorship election in Oyo State has been appointed the chairman of the Lagos State APC congress scheduled to hold on Saturday.
The former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, will be inaugurated on Wednesday alongside others in Abuja by the Gov. Mai Mala Buni led Caretaker and Extra-ordinary Convention Planning Committee, CECPC.
Adelabu, who came second in the 2019 election, is one of the top contenders for ticket of the APC in Oyo State ahead of the 2023 election.
