Olakunle Akinsete is set to roll out another impactful empowerment initiative aimed at boosting grassroots economic development in Ibadan South-West Constituency II.
The initiative, which targets small-scale entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners, will see beneficiaries receive POS stalls, POS terminals, and a ₦50,000 startup grant to kickstart or expand their businesses. This intervention is designed to enhance financial inclusion, promote self-reliance, and stimulate local commerce within the constituency.
Akinsete’s approach reflects a practical understanding of the economic realities faced by many residents, particularly youths and women. By providing both tools and capital, the program goes beyond symbolic empowerment, offering beneficiaries a sustainable pathway to income generation.
