A political group, Adelabu Progressives Front (APF) has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Oyo State All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman, Chief Isaac Omodewu.
This is contained in a statement jointly signed by its Coordinator, Mr. Olatosho Akinrinola and Publicity Secretary, Mrs. Oke Are Aina.
The statement made available to newsmen on Monday, described Omodewu’s death as a monumental and significant loss to the party as well as the entire state.
The APF said that the late Omodewu was a dedicated leader who worked tirelessly to strengthen the APC’s presence in Oyo State, adding his contributions would not be forgotten.
“As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate his life and the indelible mark he left on the political landscape of Oyo State.
“Chief Omodewu was a man of integrity, whose vision for a better Oyo State was evident in his relentless pursuit of progress for the state.
“His legacy will continue to inspire the next generation of leaders within the APC and beyond,” it said.
The group extended heartfelt condolences to the late Omodewu’s family, friends, and the entire APC community in Oyo State.
“May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may his legacy of service to the people of Oyo State endure for generations to come,” the group said.
