By Oluwakemi Ishola

The Lagos State Government has announced the reopening of cinemas, spas and other recreational centres in the state.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced this during his daily COVID-19 briefing on Saturday.

He, however, noted that cinemas must keep strictly to 33% of their capacities.

“They must get the necessary certification from the Lagos State Safety Commission, “he added.

The also directed Churches and Mosques to begin to hold full services, while private and public primary schools are to reopen on Monday, September 21.

However, he ordered that pre-primary schools should remain close
