Eid-el-Kabir: OYHA Majority Leader Donates Cows, Rams, Cash to Ogbomoso Leaders, Residents

Ahead of Tuesday’s Eid-el- Kabir celebration, the lawmaker representing Ogbomoso South State Constituency, Prince Sanjo Adedoyin has donated cows, rams and cash to traditional rulers, Muslim leaders and elders in the town.

Adedoyin who made the donation on Saturday, said the gesture was part of his efforts in assisting the leaders in celebrating Eid-el-Kabir.

The Majority Leader also thanked the leaders for their contributions to peaceful coexistence in the town and urged them to continue to pray for the state.

No fewer than 1500 traditional, religious and political leaders from wards across Ogbomoso have benefited from Hon. Sanjo Adedoyin’s gesture.

The support package, he also said marks another milestone especially to PDP leaders, traditional leaders and religious leaders for their unflinching support to him.

He ceased the opportunity to reel out his achievements so far, such as empowerment programs, infrastructural developments, facilitation of employment opportunities to over hundred youths and women in different fields, rehabilitation of damaged schools’ fences, sponsoring of bills as well as moving of motions in the floor of the house that have to do with crucial issues concerning Ogbomosoland, to mention few.

The lawmaker further pledged his commitment to a better educational, health, agricultural and adequate welfarism of members of his constituency among others.
