As Nigerians and the rest of the world mark the New year 2023, the candidate of Accord for Oyo South Senatorial District, Kolapo Kola-Daisi has rejoiced with the people as he charged them to contribute their quota towards the development and betterment of Oyo State and the nation as a whole.

Kola-Daisi stated this in his new year message for the people which he made available to journalists.

He urged the citizens to get involved and vote in the forthcoming elections.

“As we turn the page on another year and embrace the possibilities of a new one, I am filled with hope and determination to serve our communities in order to make a difference.

“With the upcoming elections, this new year presents a great opportunity to contribute your quota towards the development and betterment of Oyo State and our nation, Nigeria. I urge you to get involved and vote. JÉKÁ DÁSI, as our slogan says.

“I remain inspired by the need to find lasting solutions to the issues that are crippling our communities, our youths, and the general population, and to this end, it’s my wish to represent our communities in a manner that returns power to the people. In addition to championing true financial empowerment for our people, I will bring back regular community engagements such as town hall meetings and regular consultations with critical stakeholders in our community. This will allow all my actions and areas of focus to be drawn primarily from issues raised by these communities”, he said.

While seeking for more support from the people, the financial expert assured them of a tireless advocate for which he claimed to be seeking to represent.

“In all, with your help and your vote, I will be a tireless advocate for the people I seek to represent.

“I am grateful for the trust you have placed in me through your overwhelming support so far; and I am excited for opportunity to serve and to make it count.

“Here’s to a year of progress and prosperity for us all”, the statement concluded.
