NUJ hails glitz, glamour of Rotimi Ajanaku father’s burial reception in Lagos

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oyo State Council, has commended the grandeur and elegance that defined the reception ceremony of Pa Olusegun Samuel Ajanaku, the late father of Otunba Rotimi Ajanaku, Chairman of Ajanaku Holdings. The event, which took place in Lagos, was a testament to the Ajanaku family’s rich heritage and influence.

According to Comrade Ademola Babalola, Chairman of the NUJ, Oyo State Council, “The burial reception was a fitting tribute to a man who lived an exemplary life. The turnout was impressive, with dignitaries from various sectors, including politics, business, and entertainment, in attendance.

“Pa Olusegun Samuel Ajanaku, who passed on at the age of 88, was a respected community leader and philanthropist. His legacy continues to inspire generations, and the NUJ, Oyo State Council, joins the Ajanaku family in celebrating his life and contributions to society.

“The ceremony was indeed a celebration of life, with tributes, music and dance performances that showcased the rich cultural heritage of the Ajanaku family. The NUJ, Oyo State Council, extends its condolences to the Ajanaku family and prays for the repose of Pa Ajanaku’s soul.”
