Oyo State High Court of Justice in Ibadan, has summoned the leadership of Oyo state Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and the Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission over the last primary elections claimed to be conducted by the party.
Pacesetters news recalls that the elections generated so many reactions from the party members and the aspirants which made it to even be violent in some local government areas of the state.
The High Court of Justice, however, has called on the party executive members and OYSIEC to appear for the court to listen and serve as counsel on behalf of some Claimants/Applicants.
