Stakeholders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and residents of Ibadan North State Constituency have thrown their weight behind the lawmaker representing the Ibadan North State Constituency 1, Hon. Comforter Olajide.
They also appreciated the efforts of the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde for giving nod to Hon. Olajide’s re -election bid
The Senior Special Assistant on Political Matters to the lawmaker, Amb Dr. Kunle Awotiku, said Hon. Olajide has demonstrated exceptional leadership and administrative competence, describing her as one of the standout performers in the 11th Assembly.
“It is clear to everyone that Hon. Comforter Olufunke Adeniyi- Olajide’s leadership and administrative prowess are second to none among her peers,” Awotiku said.
“She is a politician who genuinely has the interests of her people at heart and strongly believes in equity and justice.”
He further highlighted several initiatives executed by the lawmaker, including a large-scale empowerment programme for constituents, women-focused support schemes, the construction and commissioning of local police station(Amotekun), Educational empowerments, Health care support for the constituents and the provision of boreholes in key areas to improve access to clean water.
Awotiku added that the lawmaker is poised to deliver even more dividends of democracy through effective representation and impactful projects.
He also expressed appreciation to the people of Ibadan North State Constituency for their overwhelming support to the lawmaker
