The University of Ibadan is set to host its 563rd inaugural lecture, titled “Thou Shall Sharpen Your Tools,” and is to be delivered by Prof. Kehinde Kester of the Department of Adult Education, Faculty of Education.
Scheduled to hold at the prestigious Trenchard Hall, on Thursday, 10th October , 2024, by 5pm, the lecture will be chaired by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Kayode Adebowale.
Prof. A.O. Adegbesan, Dean, Faculty of Education, will host the event.
Prof. Kester’s lecture is expected to focus on the importance of continuous professional development, particularly in the field of adult education.
The inaugural lecture series is a flagship academic gathering of the University of Ibadan, showcasing the expertise of its faculty members and promoting intellectual discourse.
