Three farmers have been reportedly killed in Iwajowa local government areas of Oyo State.
In giving an account of what lead to the death of the victim, a source said, “Two Jukus (foreigners) went to Budo Musa to buy ram for naming ceremony; on their way back, they were attacked by four armed men suspected to be herdsmen. A Juku lost his life during the attack while the other escaped with varying degree of injuries”
The source confirmed that the lucky victim is now receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.
In another development, gunmen laid ambush along Iganan and Ijio of the council area where two farmers were reportedly killed.
