Ahead of tomorrow’s inauguration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President of Nigeria, family heads (Mogajis) in Ibadanland, Chiefs and Baales have congratulated Tinubu, saying they are confident that Tinubu would restore the hope of Nigerians.
They said Tinubu’s administration would meet the yearnings of Nigerians who voted him into power, adding that nobody would be marginalized irrespective of his or her tribe, religion or ethnicity.
A statement jointly signed by the President, Association of Ibadan Mogajis, Mogaji Asimiyu Ariori, the Association Secretary Mogaji Allen Odugade and the Coordinator, Ibadan Compounds Peace Initiatives, Mogaji Nurudeen Akinade stated that Tinubu’s administration would not only restore the nation’s hope but also give the less privileges and downtrodden in the society sense of belonging.
The statement noted that considering the achievements and legacies of Tinubu while serving as a Senator and Lagos state governor, Tinubu would put smile to the face of Nigerians who have already lost hope in the nation.
The statement added that Tinubu would use all the experience he has gathered in private and public sectors to move Nigeria forward among the committee of nations.
They urged Nigerians to support Tinubu’s administration and contribute their quota towards the progress and development of Nigeria.
They therefore prayed for God’s wisdom and guidance so that the incoming President can take the nation to its promise land.
