Barring any last-minute changes, the Caretaker/Extra-Ordinary National Convention Planning Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is likely to hold its national convention in November of this year.
The Pacesetter News understands that Caretaker/Extra-Ordinary National Convention Planning Committee has resolved to hold national convention in November, which will produce a new national chairman and other members of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party.
The Pacesetter News also gathered that the party’s ward, local government and state congresses would hold before November.
The ruling APC at its National Executive Council meeting of 25th June 2020, appointed Yobe State governor, Mai Mala Buni, as Chairman of Caretaker Committee and extraordinary National Convention.
