Dare Adeleke-led Oyo Pacesetters Transport Gears for COVID-19 Reality, Rebrands, Introduces New Uniforms

The COVID-19 pandemic is pushing the boundaries of economic and social reforms, giving way for visionary leaders to think of a more dynamic approach to new societal norms and economic sustainability.

The Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Services has braced up to the new realities posed by COVID-19 and rebranded its activities with a determined focus on safety.

With the introduction of new set of Safety annex, wears and branded uniforms for all cadres of staff, the Pacesetter transport is geared towards business in COVID-19 and post COVID-19 era.


The agency also re-orientated its members of staff on how to cope with the volatile business environment.

Speaking at the event, the Executive Chairman of the Company, Mr. Dare Adeleke, explained that as part of the management’s commitment to the welfare of its staff the company has rewarded a staff member, Mr. Babalola Emmanuel who retired after the mandatory age of 60 years and put in over 30 years of service to the company as a transport supervisor, with long service award.

He further reiterated that Pacesetter Transport Services will fulfill the purpose of its establishment by reengineering to reposition it for service delivery and customer satisfaction.

He also revealed that the Seyi Makinde led administration will soon refleet the company to ensure adequate service delivery.

Also present at the event, which was held at the company’s premises at Eleyele, was the Chairman of Oyo State Road Transport Management Authority, OYTMA, Mogaji Akin Fagbemi, who charged the company’s staff to have faith in its management and further increase their productivity and efficiency to spur the company to greater height.
