The Nigerian senate, on Wednesday, confirmed the nomination of Haliru Nababa as the new comptroller-general of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS).
The red chamber confirmed Nababa’s appointment after considering the report of the its committee on interior.
President Muhammadu Buhari had named Nababa as the new head of the Nigerian prison on February 18.
