As part of its activities to mark Nigeria’s 60th Independence Anniversary, the Lead Generation Initiative (LGI), a non-governmental, non-political and non-profitable organization, will on Thursday October 1, 2020 visit the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan to donate some Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and medical supplies to the institution.
The LGI understands that health is wealth, and therefore this humanitarian gesture is in part fulfillment of its core values of getting involved and contributing meaningfully to the community growth and societal development.
In the same vein, the LGI felicitates with all Nigerians on the occasion of the country’s 60th Independence Anniversary and reaffirms its commitment towards nation-building, particularly as it concerns providing opportunities for young people to be actively involved in the socio-political, economic change and development for the purpose of rebuilding Nigeria for the next decade.
Furthermore, as we mark the 60th Independence Anniversary of our country, the LGI enjoins all to live, act and work together purposefully in the overall interest of Nigeria irrespective of our political, tribal and religious affiliation. This will make us advance appropriately as a nation.
The organization has also called on young Nigerians to join them in their quest to rebuilding Nigeria through active citizenship, nation building, credible leadership and good governance.
