The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ife-South Local Government Area of Osun State has unveiled Honourable Muyiwa Aderemi Aroke as the party’s flag-bearer ahead of the coming February 2025 Local Government elections in Osun State.
The event which took place at the Orita-merin Square in Ifetedo, had the State Working Committee of the Osun PDP in attendance led by the party Chairman Honourable Sunday Bisi,who also received multitudes of defectors to the PDP from the opposition party APC.
Unveiled alongside Honourable Muyiwa Aroke was his running mate Honourable Matthew Adebayo, Honourable Fawole Tope Adetumbi of Aare Ward, Honourable Olalonpe Bamidele Ayesan Ward, Honourable Ojo Akosile Ikija Ward,and other Councilorship Candidates of the PDP across different wards of Ife-South Local Government Area.
The lawmaker representing Ife-South State Constituency at the Osun State House of Assembly Honourable Lekan Adeoti assured the people that the party has assembled a trustworthy team for the upcoming Osun LG elections, which would complement the efforts of developmental governance of His Excellency Governor Ademola Adeleke at the grassroots level.
The PDP Chairman of Ife-South Local Government Area Honourable Abiodun Oyegoke urged the people to troop out and vote for the PDP candidates in the February 22nd 2025 LG elections in Osun State, adding that candidates are of enviable records,and justify the peoples confidence in them.
