The Senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate, Dr. AbdulFatai Buhari has joined the people of State in mourning the death of Hon. Kehinde Ayoola, who was the Oyo State Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources until his demise on Thursday.
Senator Buhari in a statement, lamented that Hon. Ayoola died at a time when his professionalism and experience are required in the governance of Oyo State. He said Governor Seyi Makinde has indeed lost a competent, trusted, loyal and strong right-hand man.
In a similar vein, the Speaker of Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin also expressed grief over the death of of former speaker Kehinde Ayoola.
Hon. Ogundoyin described the late Ayoola as a hardworking man with selfless personality, who always offered his time, expertise and resources when needed.
“The death of Ayoola came as a rude shock. He would be greatly missed as he was a committed and strategic member of the Governor Seyi Makinde’s Oyo development team”.
