Officers of Nigerian Police are clashing with Okada riders and Area Boys at Agodi Gate Bus Stop in Ibadan, the State capital of Oyo State.
There are sporadic gunshots as residents scamper for safety. Eyewitnesses confirmed to our correspondent that Armoured Personnel Carrier stationed at the area has been set on fire by hoodlums.
Some citizens fell to police bullets, according to our sources.
It has not been confirmed what caused the pandemonium.
Hoodlums, numbering hundreds are moving to Yemetu Police Station with the intention of causing mayhem.
